Documate is a desktop and mobile app for saving web documents and files on your device and reading them with AI translations. You can collect web documents or import text, EPUB, PDF, and image files, organize them into chapters, and save translations to read later.

You don't need to create an account, and the app doesn't show ads.

Only convenience features are paid. Core features such as translation, backup, and restore are free to use.

The app offers a 7-day free trial. Eligible trial users may also be offered a term license for credit translation.

Requirements

64-bit Windows — the desktop app is currently available only for Windows.
To use translation, you need an AI service API key or a license. See First-use setup for details.

Step 1 — Download the installer

Download the installer from the link below.

Step 2 — Install the app

Run the downloaded documate_..._x64-setup.exe file.
Check the installation location and follow the instructions to finish installing.
